Seafood Metrics Customer Systems
With the Seafood Metrics customer system, your business can collect data either from your suppliers or through self reporting. Seafood volumes and/or items are captured through a simplified process of reporting against fishery IDs or farmed seafood IDs.
We can customize your customer system in several ways. If you have international operations and/or subsidiaries, we offer Seafood Metrics Enterprise systems that can connect and aggregate individual systems, for aggregated data capture, monitoring, and evaluation.
Seafood Metrics Supplier Systems
If you are a supplier company reporting to Seafood Metrics customer systems through complimentary system access, the Seafood Metrics supplier system can help you understand how your sales meet your customers’ expectations.
For suppliers who want additional functionality, we offer a fee-based version of the supplier system, which allows you to get customer-specific reports, reporting capabilities for at-large customers, and access to other datasets, such as the Seafood Metrics Human Rights Risk Index (HRRI).
Seafood Metrics uses the latest security best practices to ensure that your data is secure.
- Web access uses HTTPS, with support for TLSv1.2 and TLS v1.3.
- End-user authentication is performed using locally verified email and password credentials, with passwords encrypted.
- End users are recommended to use a Time-based One-time Password (TOTP) for an additional second factor.
- Databases are backed up daily.
