Amy joined SFP in March 2018 as Editor. Amy began her career as a journalist in Tokyo, Japan, and Washington, DC, before moving to Conservation International, where she managed their engagement with oil, gas, and mining companies. After leaving CI in 2000, she worked as a freelance writer and editor for a wide range of clients, including nonprofit conservation organizations, multilateral development banks, and international financial institutions. Amy has a bachelor's degree in International Relations from Stanford University and a master's degree in Public Policy from the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. She lives in Amherst, Massachusetts.
