SFP's 15th Anniversary
Celebrating 15 Years of Making Seafood Sustainable
In 2021, Sustainable Fisheries Partnership celebrated our 15th anniversary. In our first 15 years, our contributions established sustainable seafood as what we know it as today and transformed how business is done in the retail and seafood industry.
To mark this milestone, we published SFP@15, a chronicle of SFP’s history and evolution, people, and accomplishments. Also, keep an eye out throughout the website for SFP@15 timelines that tell the story of some of our tools and programs over the years (the first one is below!).
SFP created the model for fisheries conservation that now is the standard approach to seafood sustainability by retailers, foodservice companies, and brands around the world.
