As the holiday season approaches, we want to share a quick update with all Seafood Metrics system users regarding support availability during the end of the year.
While the Seafood Metrics system will remain fully operational, Metrics Support will be limited from December 22 through January 6, due to the holidays and staff annual leave. During this time, response times may be slower than usual. We will continue to monitor for urgent needs as best as possible, but general support requests may experience delays.
To help ensure timely assistance, we encourage users to submit any time-sensitive requests or inquiries to Metrics Support (metrics.support@sustainablefish.org) before December 22.
